Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our business strategy programs, enrollment process, and learning methodology.
Program Fundamentals
Our curriculum focuses on practical
business analysis, strategic planning
frameworks, and market research
methodologies. You'll work through real
case studies from Canadian markets,
learning how to evaluate business
opportunities and develop comprehensive
strategic plans. The program includes
modules on competitive analysis,
financial modeling basics, and
strategic decision-making processes
that apply across various industries.
Most students complete our core program
within 8-12 months, studying
approximately 10-15 hours per week. We
understand everyone learns at their own
pace, so you can take up to 18 months
if needed. The self-paced structure
means you can accelerate through
familiar topics while spending more
time on challenging concepts. Our next
program intake begins in September
2025.
No specific business degree is
required, though basic familiarity with
spreadsheets helps. We've had
successful students from backgrounds
ranging from teaching to engineering.
What matters most is curiosity about
how businesses operate and willingness
to engage with analytical thinking. We
provide foundational modules to bring
everyone up to speed on essential
concepts.
Yes, you maintain lifetime access to
all core materials, case study library,
and framework templates. We also
provide quarterly updates reflecting
current market trends and new strategic
tools. Alumni receive invitations to
annual strategy symposiums where we
discuss evolving business landscapes
and emerging methodologies.
Enrollment & Investment
Your investment covers all learning
materials, access to our strategy
simulation platform, monthly group
coaching sessions, and individual
feedback on major projects. You'll also
receive our comprehensive business
analysis toolkit and templates that
many graduates continue using in their
careers. Payment plans are available to
spread costs over 6-month periods.
Our main enrollment window runs from
June through August 2025 for the
September intake. We also offer a
smaller winter cohort with enrollment
in November 2025 for January 2026
start. Early application is recommended
since we maintain small cohort sizes to
ensure quality interaction and
personalized attention from
instructors.
We provide a 14-day full refund window
from your enrollment date. After that,
refunds are prorated based on completed
modules. If you need to pause your
studies for personal reasons, we offer
a 6-month deferral option without
penalty. Our goal is ensuring the
program timing works for your
situation.
The program fee covers everything
required for completion. Optional
extras include printed workbooks
(digital versions are included) and
attendance at in-person workshops in
Toronto or Vancouver. Some students
choose to purchase additional business
analysis software licenses, but we
provide access to all necessary tools
through educational partnerships.
Learning & Support
Our platform combines video lessons,
interactive case studies, and peer
discussion forums. Each module includes
practical exercises where you apply
frameworks to real business scenarios.
The system tracks your progress and
suggests review areas based on quiz
performance. Mobile apps let you review
materials during commutes, though
complex exercises work best on desktop
or tablet.
Each student gets assigned a learning
advisor who checks in monthly and helps
with any challenges. Technical support
responds within 24 hours on weekdays.
Our subject matter experts hold weekly
office hours where you can ask specific
questions about assignments or
concepts. The peer community is also
quite active in helping each other work
through difficult problems.
Absolutely. About 80% of our students
maintain full-time employment during
their studies. The program is designed
for working professionals, with most
content available 24/7. Live sessions
are recorded, and we offer multiple
time slots for group activities. Many
students find the strategic thinking
skills immediately applicable in their
current roles, creating natural
opportunities to practice concepts.
Life happens, and we understand that.
Your learning advisor will work with
you to create a catch-up plan that fits
your schedule. We can extend deadlines
for major projects and provide
additional support sessions. The
self-paced nature means you can slow
down temporarily and accelerate later
when time permits. No one gets left
behind who genuinely wants to complete
the program.
